What We Do

• We provide construction and management services in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. We are currently looking to expand to Delaware and Florida. Formely know as Custom Living, Inc., our name was changed for business acknowledgement. This company was formed by L. T. Thomas and D Ellis. Together we have over 15 years in masonry, carpentry, and management. We have worked on small jobs ranging from renovating a kitchen or bathroom to larger ones such as building a house or church. Hardily ever turning down any job, Hidden Levels, LLC stay active by persistence, discipline, rareness and of course long hard work.

Our Employees

Most of our employees go through a six week customized training program that we provide. Our goal is to make every individual multi-tasked in the construction industry. Although our program is geared towards bricklaying and carpentry, we have skill enhancement training that not only allows him or her to upgrade their skills but also gives them a raise in pay. All employees are expected to maintain a workman like appearance at all times along with being courteous, considerate and prompt. Behavior should be appropiate to the efficient and dignified conduct of the company's business. All employees are subject to narcotic testing and criminal background checks .
